| Job Description: | Intern will accompany attorney to Court and assist with hearing preparation, including talking to Case Managers and witnesses. Intern will have opportunity to draft pleadings and court orders, as well as work on research projects. If intern is a rising 3L, the intern will be allowed to actively participate in hearings. Work and responsibilities are tailored to the needs of the office and in conjunction with experience that intern both has and wishes to gain. |
