On-Line Case Plan Review Contest!!!
Here are the basic rules to qualify:
- Contest runs from February 1,
2005 to April 30, 2005.
- Approve the minimum number of case plans for your
circuit. Click here to view the minimum number.
- The minimum number of case plans must be approved in three
consecutive months or less.
- If there are multiple Judges in a circuit, each Judge
that hears deprivation cases must complete their share of the required
number of case plans in that circuit to qualify.
However, if there are less than 20 case plans required per month
in your circuit, each judge must approve or not approve the minimum
number in a single month. It will require each judge to pick the month
that he/she is going to approve case plans in advance.
- A CPRS “approval” consists of
- searching for the 30 day case plan in CPRS
- reviewing the 30 day case plan with the intent to incorporate
that case plan by Court Order and,
- clicking on the Approve or Not Approve button in CPRS. If
it is not approved, then the needed changes must be specified in CPRS
for the case worker's review.
If you do not know your user ID and Password, please contact
Betsy Hyder at hyderb@gaaoc.us.
CPRS web site is at: http://www.gacaseplan.org/
- Not Approved Case Plans also count as one case plan toward
your minimum requirement.
- If the judge approves a sibling group, each case plan counts as
one approved case plan toward your minimum requirement.
- A review of an updated case plan or a panel reviewed case
plan qualifies as one approved case plan toward your minimum.
- A monthly review will be conducted by the contest administrators
(that's us!) to tally the number of case plans approved per Judge. Judges
that qualify for the contest prize will be notified that they won!
Good Luck!!
